2015 Reading In Review

Sleepy Cedric Doggery
Sleepy Cedric Doggery

It is officially the end of 2015.  OK, there are a few more days.  It is just Christmas Day today.  I hope everyone has enjoyed the holiday season, no matter what holiday they celebrate.  I celebrated with Cedric Doggery, knitting, Chinese food, and watching Harry Potter movies.  It was 67 degrees here too.  It has been all types of weird.

ANY-HOO!  It’s time for me to reflect on the reading I did over the past year.  This year I did more reading than I have ever done in the past.  Maybe in my entire life.  I think this blog has been one of the reasons.  Also: audiobooks and OverDrive. As of today, here is what I read in 2015:

I’m still not done either.  I hope to be able to finish the last 4 books on my ‘currently reading’ list before this time next week.

According to GoodReads, I have read over 41,000 pages.  There are more details too.  You can see them on my Year In Review page.

You can even see my GoodReads Challenge.  I set out to read about 75 books originally, but in the end I have read almost double that.  The question is: how many should I set for my goal in 2016?  I am thinking of starting at 100 and then increasing if it looks like I can.

How many books did you read this year?
