I am finally back from Atlanta. I have a lot to share, but that is going to have to wait a bit. I didn’t post on Monday because the conference was so full of activity. One thing that happened was that Royal James has opted to push back Modern Persuasion’s release date.
There are good reasons for this, all of which I can’t really explain here, but rest assured, it’s not about the book. It is about the process. Books take time to get ready and, if one small things falls behind, it throws off everything else. This means a whole new set of dates have been prepared. I will share them here when they are confirmed, but for now be ready for a few months delay.
What does this mean? I am still going to spend February doing the Persuasion Read-a-long, as planned. Sign up, if you haven’t already, and want to be part of it. I am still thinking about how to adjust my plans from there.
Until then, postcards went out for this month’s postcard club! This month I sent out cards from the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Sign up and see what I will be sending out in February. Will it be Coke-a-Cola cards? What about CNN? Will I just send general Syracuse, Atlanta, or Boston ones? Will I make my own postcards? You only find out if you sign up!
